The Governing Body at Springside Special School are seeking to appoint a conscientious and committed Deputy Headteacher.

We are seeking a Deputy Headteacher who leads with heart as well as skill, someone who understands that care, behaviour, safeguarding and learning are inseparable. You will be a trusted partner to the Headteacher, a visible and supportive leader for staff, and a reassuring, collaborative presence for families and professionals. The ability to converse at ease with customers and service users and provide advice in accurate spoken English is an essential requirement of this post.
