**Key Responsibilities:**
1. **Staff Management:**
2. Recruit, train, and supervise dental office staff, including dental hygienists, dental assistants, and administrative personnel.
3. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching, mentoring, and professional development opportunities.
4. Foster a positive work environment and promote teamwork among staff members.
5. **Patient Care Operations:**
6. Ensure high-quality patient care by overseeing appointment scheduling, patient flow, and treatment coordination.
7. Address patient inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional and empathetic manner.
8. Implement and maintain protocols for infection control and patient safety.
9. **Financial Management:**
10. Oversee billing, collections, and patient payment processes.
11. Monitor practice expenses and revenue to meet financial targets.
12. Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting for the practice.
13. **Compliance and Quality Assurance:**
14. Ensure the practice complies with all dental regulations, licensing requirements, and safety standards.
15. Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
16. Conduct regular audits and implement quality improvement initiatives.
17. **Marketing and Community Relations:**
18. Assist with marketing strategies to attract new patients and retain existing ones.
19. Develop and maintain relationships with local organizations and community groups.
20. Organize outreach events and educational programs to promote dental health awareness.
