The Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a proactive and hands on Yard Foreman to oversee the daily operations of a busy agricultural site. You will be responsible for coordinating yard staff, maintaining machinery and equipment, managing deliveries and inventory and ensuring that health and safety standards are upheld at all times.
This is a key position that plays a crucial role in keeping the site running efficiently and safely.

The Candidate:
* Previous experience in an agricultural, logistics, or yard based role
* Experience in a supervisory or team leader capacity is preferred
* Confident operating and maintaining agricultural machinery and equipment
* Strong understanding of health and safety procedures
* Forklift or telehandler certification is advantageous
* Practical, reliable and highly organised
* Strong communication and leadership skills
* Positive attitude with a hands-on approach
