Key Responsibilities of the Senior HR Business Partner will include:
* Collaborate closely with the CIO to align people strategies with business and technology objectives

What we’re looking for:
* Proven experience as a Senior HR Business Partner, partnering a tech division within a large matrix structured organisation
* Strong track record of influencing and partnering with senior leadership in fast-paced, complex environment
* Expertise in talent management, change leadership, and using data to drive decisions
* Level 7 CIPD Qualified or above
