Secondary Supply Teacher
Full-Time, Long-Term (January Start)
We are working in partnership with an inclusive comprehensive school in the Upper Rhondda Valley (CF42 area). They seek a secondary teacher to join their established team for a critical long-term placement starting in January.

What are the essential requirements?
Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and current EWC registration (Teacher Category).
Experience teaching and managing classrooms at KS3 and KS4.
Willingness to apply for or hold an Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service.
Access to reliable transport to service a school in the Rhondda Valley area.

* Deliver high-quality, engaging lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4 (Ages 11-16) that build on the school's academic record.
* Actively contribute to a safe, positive and ordered learning environment, managing classroom behaviour with confidence and empathy.
* Use data to adapt teaching, ensuring all pupils including those with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) can achieve their full potential.
