About the role
Location: London or Newcastle (Hybrid, 3 days in the office). We are looking for an experienced Talent Attraction Manager to join our in‑house recruitment team at Omnicom Media Group UK on a 6‑month fixed‑term contract.
You’ll be joining a high‑performing team that values initiative, curiosity, and impact. Expect exposure to senior stakeholders, diverse briefs, and the opportunity to help shape the future of our talent attraction strategy at group level.
Requirements
* Have recruited across generalist media, data, or performance marketing and understand the nuances of these talent pools.
* Are confident managing end‑to‑end hiring across media disciplines—from paid social and programmatic to analytics and data science to planning and partnerships.
* Have worked in a recruitment agency or fast‑paced in‑house environment and can bring a consultative, relationship‑led approach.
* Are comfortable using Greenhouse ATS (or similar platforms) to manage candidates and pipelines efficiently.
* Want a collaborative, down‑to‑earth team that balances professionalism with genuine care for people.
Benefits & Working arrangements
Flexible working: hybrid model (three days in the office, two days working remotely). Standard working hours: 9:30 – 17:30, with flexible core hours 10:30 – 16:30 to accommodate different working styles.
