Team Lead – AMZL, Supply Chain/Transportation Management

We are looking for a Team Lead for our Delivery Center. In this role, you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs, supporting the DC manager in performance management and operational planning.

Location: Hyderabad
Essential Functions
* Training: Deliver training and coaching on Amazon processes, products, operating models, and SOPs to associates.
* Operational Support: Work on the ground to enable network operations with new product launches, collaborating with operations and other teams.
* Reporting: Maintain and publish routine performance and business reports, provide recommendations and action plans based on data, and report on overall network health in the assigned territory.
* Team Management: Build and manage a multi-layer team, manage performance through coaching and mentoring, and drive team targets.
* Communication: Set expectations, provide clear status updates, and manage relationships with associates.
* Operational Improvements: Work with process associates and station teams to enhance operational efficiency and delivery experience.
* Escalation Handling: Manage day-to-day operational escalations and be available to address issues round the clock.
* Stakeholder Management: Manage internal and external stakeholders.
* Support Operations: Assist station operations and customer deliveries.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
* Bachelor's degree
* Fluent in English (speaking, reading, writing)
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office

* MBA
