About this role:

We are seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our team in an office environment. This role requires strong organisational skills, a proactive approach to managing tasks, and effective communication both in person and over the phone.

The ideal candidate will possess strong computer literacy, with the ability to efficiently use Microsoft programs and email communications.

Responsibilities include answering incoming calls, coordinating site visits, preparing drawings for quotes, issuing fee quotes, booking job ins, processing invoices, scanning and organising calculations, sending documents to clients, and completing planning applications.

This is a part-time role, working 20 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with no weekends. The position offers flexitime and on-site parking as benefits.

Key Requirements:

* GCSE or equivalent (preferred)
* English language proficiency
* Driving Licence
