Role Overview
Supervisor - Leadership & Professional Development
12 Month Secondment / Fixed Term Contract to cover Maternity Leave
Location - UK Flexible
This role is key in developing and implementing new learning designs to support organizational needs, including technical learning, learning design, e-learning development, and classroom learning. Working with stakeholders to understand learning needs and develop suitable learning solutions or modify existing ones, then collaborating across learning teams and with subject matter experts to develop, mobilize, and evaluate learning content.
Experience
Experience in developing e-learning content is essential, creating compelling and engaging training solutions.
Responsibilities
* Lead design projects, ensuring alignment with business strategies and goals.
* Manage end-to-end design projects, including concept, implementation, and closeout.
* Maintain project documentation and collaborate with content teams and SMEs.
* Ensure cross-functional alignment and effective design across units.
* Create storyboards, digital scripts, and design bespoke instructional and blended learning solutions.
* Develop and challenge learning aims and objectives, working with SMEs to ensure alignment.
* Lead the creation of engaging training solutions, conduct needs assessments, and evaluate effectiveness.
* Research and recommend innovative learning solutions and technologies.
Competencies
* Strong training design skills and innovative solutions development.
* Experience managing projects in fast-paced environments.
* Excellent organizational skills with a results focus.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong communication, influencing skills, and visual design skills.
* Experience in designing and developing L&D solutions.
