Hours: Monday-Friday, 08:00-16:30 / 17:00

Key Responsibilities:
* Diagnose, repair, and maintain machinery: Troubleshoot and fix garden and groundcare equipment to ensure efficient operation.
* Perform scheduled servicing and preventative maintenance: Conduct regular checks to prevent breakdowns and prolong machinery lifespan.
* Engage directly with customers: Communicate effectively to understand needs and provide high-quality service.
* Maintain accurate records: Keep detailed logs of repairs, services, and parts used.
* Ensure adherence to industry standards and safety procedures: Follow all relevant guidelines for safety and compliance.
* Assist the Branch Service Manager: Support operational goals and service excellence.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
* Proven experience: Working with garden, groundcare, or agricultural machinery, demonstrating technical competence.
* Strong problem-solving abilities: Diagnostic skills to identify and resolve issues efficiently.
* Excellent communication skills: Clear interaction with customers and team members.
* Customer service mindset: Commitment to outstanding service and building customer relationships.
* Self-motivated and team-oriented: Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Valid UK driving licence: Required for travel to customer sites and other locations.
