This role plays an important role supporting the wider team through the management of the reception, call handling and administration support for the business Duties will include but are not limited to: * Welcome clients and visitors ensuring they are dealt with efficiently and courteously * Deal with incoming external and incoming calls * Taking and forwarding messages * Taking payments over the phone and in person * Opening and setting up meeting rooms * Arranging any hospitality and lunches * Meeting room diary management * Updating customer details * General administration tasks, dealing with invoices, petty cash receipts * Responsible for ordering and managing stationery * Organise travel and accommodation Skills and Experience To be considered for this position, you will have previous experience in a similar role, with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
