* Build strong partnerships with employers, industry bodies, and community organisations
* Support students in accessing career pathways aligned with their goals
* Champion the College at industry and employer events
* Monitor labour market trends to shape responsive, future-focused provision

* Experience in employer engagement, sales, or business development
* Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
