We are looking for an experienced Personal or Executive Assistant to provide valuable executive assistance to two of our directors.
You would act as the personal representative of the Director of Regulation and our Director of IT and liaise effectively with colleagues and external contacts on their behalf to ensure important business activities are completed to schedule.
Other regular duties include:
* Receiving and assessing incoming mail, responding directly to routine matters and directing other queries elsewhere as needed.
* Acting as focal point and filter for incoming calls and visitors.
* Attending meetings and committees to produce minutes, diarise meetings and schedule follow-ups.
* Maintaining the diary schedule for both Directors and arranging meetings, as well as necessary travel and accommodation arrangements.
Alongside these core duties, there will also be opportunities to assist in the:
* Management and communication of Events and PR activity.
* Completion of specific internal projects.
It is vitally important for the successful candidate to be able to act quickly, work self-sufficiently and be able to make their voice heard and challenge where appropriate.
You will need to be confident in building rapport with colleagues across the business and present a professional but friendly first point of contact to anyone who needs to contact the Directors.

What we’re looking for
Qualifications
* Educated to a minimum of GCSE level (English/Maths at A*-C) or equivalent.
Experience & Knowledge
* Previous experience as a Personal/Executive Assistant or other similar role, preferably within Financial Services or another regulated industry.
* Experience in producing presentations for high level meetings.
* Knowledge of, or interest in, Financial Services and investments would be beneficial.
