We're looking for a happy, outgoing, pro-active candidate to be the 'face of Fairway' on Front of House
This role will play a crucial part in ensuring both front of house reception and back-office services run smoothly and efficiently whilst pro-actively ensuring the office is kept fully stocked and maintained for staff, clients and visitors at all times.
Responsibilities:
Provide front desk reception cover for the offices of Fairway Group;
Handle all incoming external and internal overflow phone calls;
Opening, sort, scan and distribute daily incoming post.
Be the primary contact for office stationery, internal kitchen supplies, collating orders, making cost effective purchases and receiving orders;
Act as the main point of contact for all food orders for internal meetings, training events etc.
