Your new company
We're seeking a dependable and experienced Roofer to join our maintenance team full-time. You'll be working across a range of housing and residential properties, carrying out repairs, replacements, and preventative maintenance to ensure roofs remain safe, watertight, and structurally sound.Your new role
Key Responsibilities:
* Perform roof inspections, identify issues, and carry out necessary repairs
* Install and maintain various roofing systems including tile, slate, felt, and flat roofs
* Replace damaged or worn materials such as flashing, underlayment, and tiles
* Work safely at height and adhere to health and safety regulations.
* Collaborate with other trades and respond to emergency repair requests
* Maintain accurate records of work completed and materials used

What you'll need to succeed
* Proven experience in residential roofing (minimum 2 years preferred)
* Familiarity with pitched and flat roof systems
* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* CSCS card and full Clean driving licence
