Team Member - Initial FTC until Christmas — Uttoxeter
On-site role in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Shifts: Monday - Friday | 08:00 - 16:00. No experience necessary; full training will be provided.
We’re KP Snacks, part of the Intersnack family. We’re looking for a proactive, detail-focused Team Member to join our Manufacturing team and support key production processes. This position involves manual packing and pallet stacking, operating and monitoring packaging equipment, and ensuring smooth line changeovers in packing and product inspection.
You’ll play a vital part in maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety, ensuring compliance with COSHH and Lock Off procedures. You will help us meet output, efficiency and waste-reduction targets while accurately completing all required documentation. You’ll take ownership, thrive in a team setting, and contribute to continuous improvement. You may support cleaning and shutdown procedures and contribute ideas for better ways of working.

What will you be doing?
* Manually pack and pallet stack, operate and monitor packaging equipment, ensuring smooth line changeovers in packing and product inspection
* Ensure all products meet specifications at every stage of the packing process
* Carry out routine cleaning, end-of-shift procedures and support shutdown processes to high hygiene standards
* Complete all relevant documentation accurately and on time, including quality, cleaning and production records
* Follow health, safety and hygiene procedures, including COSHH and Lock Off protocols, promoting a safety-first culture
* Support continuous improvement by identifying issues, contributing to projects and performance targets
* Be flexible in supporting other manufacturing areas and participate in training and development activities
