Position Overview:
We are looking for a Project Manager with expertise in telecommunications. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of industry-specific processes and technologies, along with exceptional leadership and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan, execute, and deliver telecom projects on schedule, within scope, and to defined quality standards.
2. Develop comprehensive project plans, including resource allocation, risk assessment, and budget management.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineers, technicians, and external vendors, to ensure seamless project execution.
4. Lead project meetings, presenting status updates and facilitating discussions to resolve project issues and roadblocks.
5. Monitor project progress and performance, providing regular reports to stakeholders and senior management.
6. Manage project changes, addressing potential impacts and implementing action plans.
7. Foster strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met and exceeded.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience as a Project Manager in the telecommunications industry.
2. Strong understanding of telecom technologies, systems, and infrastructure.
3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
5. Ability to multitask and effectively manage time in a fast-paced environment.
6. 31 days holiday (including bank holidays), which increases with length of service.
