What You'll Be Doing:
* Leading the design and delivery of cutting-edge data solutions, ensuring alignment with business goals.
* Acting as a trusted advisor to senior stakeholders, influencing key business decisions.
* Driving solution architecture, project planning, and business development opportunities.
* Managing and mentoring teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
* Contributing to thought leadership, internal initiatives, and best practice frameworks.
* Identifying new opportunities to expand the company's offerings.
* Representing the business at client meetings, industry events, and marketing initiatives.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
* Strong expertise in cloud analytics, data warehousing, and modern data architectures (Snowflake, Matillion, Power BI, or similar).
* Proven ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders.
* Consulting experience, with a track record of delivering successful, high-impact data projects.
* Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide multiple teams or large-scale projects.
* A problem-solving mindset, balancing priorities and ensuring smooth project execution.
* Passion for innovation and best practices within data strategy.
