Blue Legal are partnering with a leading international law firm who are recruiting for a Client Relationship Manager to join their London office. The role will focus on strengthening relationships with key clients, supporting strategic client growth initiatives, and delivering targeted client engagement programmes that drive revenue expansion across priority accounts. The Responsibilities: Develop and implement client-relationship strategies in collaboration with Partners and Client Relationship Leaders to support revenue growth across a portfolio of key clients. Manage a defined group of priority clients within the firm’s key client programme, coordinating relationship plans and tracking progress. Provide dedicated support for strategic initiatives such as panel appointments, client pursuits, and lateral partner integration. Act as a trusted adviser to partners on client-relationship approaches, ensuring consistent engagement strategies across teams and regions. Organise and deliver client-facing initiatives including roundtables, panel discussions, and targeted client events in collaboration with global BD teams. Support client feedback and insights programmes by participating in feedback meetings, analysing themes, and helping translate findings into actionable opportunities. Coordinate thought-leadership follow-up, communications, and engagement activity arising from client meetings and events. Maintain accurate tracking of client activity, opportunities, and relationship plans through CRM and internal reporting tools. Work closely with senior client-relations leadership to share best practices and contribute to firmwide client initiatives. The Candidate: Proven experience in client relationship management, key account management, or business development within a law firm or professional services environment. Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior partners and collaborate across international teams. Commercially minded, proactive, and comfortable analysing client insights to identify growth opportunities .
