My client are seeking an accomplished and experienced individual, with cradle to grave proven experience on construction. My client are delivering an £80m scheme in Glasgow of 500unit RC frame living space. The ideal candidate will join at PCSA, following demolition stage. They should be confident and competent in terms of planning, coordinating, and implementing the delivery of the scheme. They would be Project Lead, overseeing construction, design and commercial teams to deliver within budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members. Responsibilities Set project timeline & planning Monitor project deliverables Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress Coach and support the team. Qualifications SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid & MCIOB (if possible). Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills Ideally looking for someone to start in October 2025.
