Graduate Scheme – Business Consultant
Columbus is a global leader in digital solutions and consulting. We are launching the 2026 Microsoft Dynamics 365 Graduate Programme, designed to develop client‑facing business consultants with extensive training on Dynamics 365.
Location
Nottingham office – 6‑month initial training, minimum 3 days per week. After training, you may base yourself anywhere in the UK.
Salary
Base: £29,000 per year. Potential to rise to £60,000 after 4 years, depending on performance.
Timeline
Start: September 2026 (exact date to be confirmed). Closing date for applications and online psychometric test: midnight Sunday 1 February 2026.

* Become a respected and credible Microsoft Dynamics business consultant.
* Act as a trusted advisor to customers, providing consultative expertise throughout the project lifecycle.

About You (the Essentials)
* Minimum 2:1 degree (or equivalent) in Finance, Accounting, Law, Business, IT, Psychology, Engineering or Manufacturing.
* Willingness to relocate to Nottingham for the first 6 months and able to travel within the UK and abroad.
* Strong commercial focus, positive self‑starter, and excellent relationship‑building, interpersonal and communication skills.
* Flexibility to drive with vehicle access.
