Your responsibilities as Helpdesk Operator
* Acting as the first point of contact for internal queries across UK branches
* Providing clear guidance on systems, processes and day-to-day operations
* Logging, managing and tracking queries through to full resolution
* Ensuring consistent communication and updates to stakeholders
* Supporting and learning bespoke internal systems to deliver accurate solutions
* Maintaining high standards of service across all interactions
What were looking for in a Helpdesk Operator
* Previous experience in a support, service desk or customer-focused role
* Strong communication skills across different levels of a business
* Ability to manage and prioritise multiple queries effectively
* High attention to detail when logging and resolving issues
* Confidence using systems and learning new platforms
