We are seeking an Educational Sales Consultant who can master our strategies and processes with a competitive spirit and play a pivotal role in the growth and success of our products on a global scale.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Maintain strong knowledge in professional development programs.
2. Develop a keen understanding of customer needs and values to provide personalized assistance throughout the sales process.
3. Understand and keep up-to-date with ever-changing market trends.
4. Develop, maintain, and keep current all account records in the LM system, including communication with customers.
5. Conduct phone/zoom meetings/interviews with potential clients regarding professional development programs.
6. Present a professional image at all times to clients and prospects.
7. Participate in all required trainings regarding education initiatives.
Skills & Experience:
1. 10+ years of educational sales experience.
2. Passion for Education.
3. Ability to build and maintain lasting relationships.
4. Proven ability in critical thinking and problem-solving.
5. Great communicator with excellent written and oral communication skills.
6. Self-driven and motivated to work autonomously.
7. Intermediate/advanced level of English speaking and writing skills.
