Unlock Your Potential as a Senior Analyst

TheCategory Revenue SeniorAnalystis responsible forassistingthe Revenue Manager in driving sustainable profitabilityvia pricing,promotionand mix.This rolemust be able to assess complex pricing and promotion models and translate findings into recommendations and action plans suitable for executive management andsalesteams. This is a 12 month contract position.

Key responsibilities

1. Provide analytics-driven thought leadership in Revenue Management to deliver measurable business outcomes

2. Drive profitable growth strategies by assessing,recommendingand activating pricing, promotion and mix opportunities

3. Develop,sell-in and executelong-termpricing, promotion and mix strategies

4. Periodic refresh ofrevenue strategic plansthat meetlong-termbusinessobjectivesand category direction.

5. Supportjoint business planningwith key retailers and provide fact-based selling materials forretailer engagements.

6. Perform assigned tasksin accordance withall Kraft Heinz Food Safety, Environmental, Health and Safety, and Ethical and Human Resources policies,programsand goals

7. Uphold the Kraft Heinz values and towork in a way that contributes to the company’s vision

8. Build relationships and work effectivelywith cross functional partners in areas such as Marketing, Category Development, Sales, Procurement, Demand Planning, etc.

Pricing:

9. Lead pricing analysis and recommended price moves aligned tocategory,brandandcommercialtargets

10. Design pricing strategy (lead / follow)andcarry outoptimumprice index/price relativity analysis

11. Elasticity/cross elasticity modelling and forecasting

Promotion:

12. Define promotional guardrailsto achieve categoryandbusiness KPIs

13. Design clearpromotional strategieslooking into shopping behavior

14. Drive promotionaloptimisationbylooking into promotionalperformance

15. Assessandimprovereturnoftradeinvestment via frequencyanddepth optimisation recommendations

16. Rebalancingtrade budget

17. Trade investment review and guidance

Mix:

18. AssessoptimalSKU and brand assortment to drive profitability

19. Deliver the annual pricing and trade optimisation plans to management

20. Track implemented recommendations andanalysepost-promotion assessment of pricing and trade investment

21. Participate in monthly cadence routines asappropriate forRevenue Management

22. Build out tools, processes,insightsand systems capabilities associated with pricing, promotion,mixandpack price architecture

23. Assistwith educating thesalesteamson movingtoward profit goals

What you'll bring

24. 3+ years of working experience inFMCG,consulting firm, financialinstitutionoraccounting firm

25. Experience working in a role that performsheavy data analyticsis essential

26. Strong analytical skillsandfinancial acumenthat enable decision making

27. Strong interpersonal skills to influence and sell recommendations internally

28. Ability to think strategically and translate this thinking into measurable actions

29. Ability to follow up, understand issues and their resolution, and work them through to completion

30. Ability to work independently andas part of a team, takingfull ownership ofassigned responsibilities

31. Systems knowledgesuch asSell out Data Analysis(e.g. Answers on Demand, Price Explorer, RPM,Assortment), SAP, Market Track, promotion evaluation tooldesired
