Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior Geotechnical Engineer to strengthen their technical team.

The Role
You will be responsible for managing and delivering a range of geotechnical and contaminated land projects from initial site investigation through to reporting and client sign-off.
Key responsibilities include:
Designing, supervising and managing ground investigations
Logging soil and rock in accordance with BS5930 and EC7
Interpreting geotechnical and geoenvironmental data
Preparing Phase I and Phase II reports
Undertaking geotechnical assessments (foundations, earthworks, slope stability)
Contaminated land risk assessments and remediation strategy input
Managing budgets, programmes, and subcontractors
Liaising directly with clients, regulators, and contractors
Mentoring junior engineers and supporting technical development
Candidate Profile
Degree qualified in Geology, Geotechnical Engineering, Civil Engineering or similar
5+ years' relevant consultancy experience
Strong knowledge of UK ground investigation practice and reporting standards
Experience in both geotechnical and contaminated land projects desirable
Commercial awareness and client-facing experience
Full UK driving licence
