Role Description
This is a full-time remote role based out of India for an Inside Sales Manager doing business development within the retail sector. The responsibilities include managing inside sales operations, driving customer satisfaction, generating leads, and supporting account management processes. The candidate will work closely with the sales team to meet targets, optimize client interactions, and contribute to overall business growth.
Qualifications
Expertise in 5+ years of Inside Sales and Lead Generation to identify and engage prospective clients
Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Advocacy to maintain and enhance client relationships
Proficiency in Sales strategies and processes to achieve revenue targets
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
Relevant experience in retail industry sales is a plus
Bachelor's degree as a minimum in Business, Marketing, or a related field, Masters or MBA is a plus
