Job Description

  • Manage rental agreements and ensure accurate documentation is maintained.
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely manner.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor and update rental records to maintain data accuracy.
  • Prepare reports and assist in tracking performance metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
  • Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Rental Administrator should have:

  • A strong background in administrative roles within the rental, automotive, feet or mining industry.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Proficiency in using office software and systems.
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities.
