Job Summary
Join us on Cornwall’s sunny south coast, where exceptional medicine meets life by the sea.
Are you ready for a change of scene and pace whilst continuing to practice outstanding medicine? Nested in the heart of beautiful Falmouth, our practice offers the rare chance to combine clinical excellence with a lifestyle most doctors only dream of: turquoise sea, sandy beaches, harbour walks, and a vibrant community that blends university energy with coastal calm.
At Trescobeas Surgery, we’re a well‑established, patient‑focused GP partnership serving around 10,700 patients (with a dispensing branch) and fully integrated within our local Primary Care Network. We are looking for a committed and enthusiastic GP to join our team for six sessions per week, with a genuine view to partnership.
Main Duties of the Job
We are a friendly, supportive and well‑established practice which achieves excellent QOF results.
We are a patient‑focused medical practice dedicated to providing high‑quality primary care to our local community. We currently have five established partners and four salaried GPs working alongside our practice nurses, paramedics, pharmacists, physios, social prescribers and mental health hub within the Primary Care Network group to deliver excellent healthcare in a supportive environment.
We are a training practice for undergraduates and GP trainees.
We offer family planning, minor surgery and joint injections, and we are seeking a committed and enthusiastic General Practitioner to join our team.
You will provide comprehensive medical services to a diverse patient list, contribute to chronic disease management and participate in clinical meetings and quality improvement initiatives. You will also manage your own workload, home visits, with duty and prescription review on a rota basis.
We believe we offer high quality patient‑centred care and are interested in speaking to GPs who would be keen to join our team. We welcome new to practice fellowships.
We use Systm 1 clinical system.
