In this key position, you will support the day-to-day financial operations of the company, ensuring strong financial controls are maintained and accurate, timely information is available for decision-making across the organisation.
What You'll Be Doing:
Transactional Finance Responsibilities:
* Manage sales and purchase ledgers, including monitoring outstanding invoices
* Process and reconcile bank payments, receipts, and petty cash
* Raise sales invoices and process incoming supplier invoices
* Prepare and post monthly payroll journals
* Complete monthly reconciliations (supplier statements, bank accounts, expenses)
* Process accruals, prepayments, and adjustments for income and expenditure
* Administer Gift Aid claims
