Overview
NHS Tayside’s Digital Directorate is at the heart of digital transformation across the health and care region. We lead multi-disciplinary teams to enable digital solutions to improve patient outcomes and support clinical excellence. We are seeking an experienced Development Team Leader / Scrum Master to join our Agile Software Development Team, with strong facilitation skills, a passion for agile delivery and a natural ability to foster team collaboration.
Responsibilities
* Lead a development team using Scrum or other agile frameworks; foster collaboration and delivery excellence.
* Provide line management and performance oversight for team members.
* Support project management activities and supplier management as part of the product delivery lifecycle.
* Build and maintain effective business relationships and work closely with the Service Delivery Manager.
* Operate with a degree of autonomy within the role and align with business stakeholders.

Hours of work are: 37 hours per week.
