Logjec Recruitment are working with a well-established London-based organisation to recruit an HR Systems Specialist to support and develop their iTrent HRIS environment.
This is an excellent opportunity for an HR systems professional to take ownership of a well-established system and gain exposure to upgrades, reporting, integrations, and ongoing improvement projects.
The Role
* Supporting and maintaining the iTrent HR and Payroll system
* Managing system upgrades, testing, and enhancements
* Creating and maintaining reports
* Providing HR systems support to internal users
* Maintaining data integrity and organisational structures
* Supporting employee and manager self-service functionality
* Supporting integrations with other business systems
* Maintaining system documentation and training users
About You
Essential:
* Experience using iTrent HR system
* Strong Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP etc.)
* Experience supporting HR systems users
* Strong attention to detail
Desirable:
* Business Objects reporting experience
* Power BI experience
* Experience supporting system upgrades
