Responsibilities
* Lead and manage a room within the nursery, ensuring high‑quality care and education in line with the EYFS
* Support and guide the team, fostering a positive, collaborative environment and promoting professional development
* Build strong relationships with children and families, ensuring each child’s individual needs are met and learning is supported
Qualifications
* Level 3 qualified in a UK‑recognised early years qualification (or higher)
* Excellent understanding of the EYFS framework
* Extensive knowledge of safeguarding children
* Successful completion of an enhanced DBS check
* Commitment to ongoing professional development and safeguarding training
