Motorama Toyota is seeking an experienced and motivated Stock Controller / Fleet Sales Support to join our team. This dual-purpose role encompasses stock control duties as well as administrative support for our sales department, ensuring smooth operations across both areas.
Responsibilities
* Processing new vehicle deals and dealer swaps
* Arranging new vehicles into stock
* Prepare and distribute daily stock lists, order vehicles, and ensure accurate stock coding to meet factory targets
* Assist Fleet Consultants by preparing vehicles for delivery, managing fleet accounts, and coordinating with departments for smooth handovers
* Complete registration papers, internal orders, and raise purchase orders for detailing and repairs
* Process invoices from external suppliers, submit fleet claims, and provide necessary reports to the Sales teams and Manufacturers
* Ensure compliance with manufacturer guidelines for both new and used vehicle deal packs, auditing and submitting them for processing
* Assist with deal processing, ensuring all deals are closed by the 2nd day of the new month
* Maintain strong working relationships with Sales and other departments to ensure operational efficiency and profitability

Requirements
* Previous industry and Toyota Tune experience desirable
* Proven administrative experience with excellent telephone and data entry skills
* Strong communication skills to build rapport with staff, customers, and manufacturers
* Ability to manage stock efficiently and ensure vehicles are delivered and prepped as required
* Valid driver's licence
* High attention to detail and organisational skills
* A team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment
