We are looking for a reliable and customer-focused Parts Delivery & Sales Driver to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of parts orders while consistently exceeding customer expectations. This role plays a key part in driving trade parts sales and maintaining the high standards required by CWC and our agent contracts. Key Responsibilities Communicates and develops strong professional relationships with customers to deliver a high level of service Ensure that all customer complaints are dealt with both speedily and effectively, referring any unresolved problems to the Parts Supervisor/Manager Checks all goods for delivery, ensuring that all goods are loaded, Advises of any shortages or damaged items ensuring that missing items are made up. Ensures invoices are amended and shortages are highlighted Delivers all goods in line with predetermined delivery schedules, collecting monies from customers for all cash collection invoices and being responsible for its safekeeping Accepts parts returns from customers and issues goods return notes Effectively liaises with relevant departments across the business What we are looking for: o Valid and current driving licence o Must be accurate and show attention to detail o Good interpersonal skills If you’ve got the passion for delivering excellence, we’d love to hear from you!
