The role
This role will involve supporting our semi‑seniors and seniors on assignments, including:
* Understanding the requirements of each assignment such as timing, location and work required.
* Completing tasks to the standard required by semi‑seniors / seniors.
* Seeking guidance on each assignment from the semi‑seniors / seniors as required.
* Requesting feedback and discussing this with the semi‑seniors / seniors – and learning from this to apply next time.
