Graduate Surveyor (Full time/ Part time)
About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and ambitious Graduate Surveyor to join our long established Commercial Property Consultancy team based in Caerphilly, South Wales. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early career professional looking to develop their expertise in commercial property agency, valuation and associated professional work and progress towards becoming a qualified Chartered Surveyor through the APC pathway.
Key Responsibilities
As a Graduate Surveyor, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple service areas, including:
Agency:
Assisting with the letting and sale of commercial properties—industrial, office, retail, and land -including arranging and conducting property viewings.
Valuation:
Supporting the preparation of valuation reports for a variety of clients and purposes, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
Asset & Property Management:
Assisting with the management of tenant lease events such as lease renewals, rent reviews, and surrenders across client portfolios.
Client & Tenant Liaison:
Acting as a first point of contact through face-to-face meetings, telephone calls, and email correspondence, building strong professional relationships.
Financial & Data Analysis:
Analysing commercial property data and working closely with our in-house accounts and credit control teams to support rent collection and the preparation of financial documentation.

About You
We are seeking an enthusiastic and professional individual with a genuine passion for commercial property. The ideal candidate will have:

RICS-accredited degree
in Real Estate, Property Management, or a related discipline.
* A strong interest in commercial property and asset management.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients and tenants.
* A proactive, organised approach, with a willingness to take responsibility and learn.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
* Solid IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
* A commitment to completing the APC and achieving MRICS qualification.
* Valid UK driving licence.
