What You'll Be Doing:
As a Cover Supervisor, you'll step into the classroom to help keep things running smoothly in the teacher's absence. Your role may involve:
Supervising pre-planned lessons and keeping students focused
Encouraging participation and supporting classroom activities
Helping with classroom organisation and managing behaviour
Offering additional support to students who need it
Contributing to a calm, inclusive, and engaging learning environmentWhat We're Looking For:
We'd love to hear from you if you:
Hold a degree (BSc, MSc, PhD) or a Certificate of Education
Have a genuine interest in working with young people
Feel comfortable leading a class and keeping things on track
Communicate clearly and can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
Either already have an Enhanced DBS on the update service or are happy to apply for one through us
