Senior Quantity Surveyor
Recruitment Solutions are seeking experienced Senior Quantity Surveyors to join our clients established consultancy team in Oxford. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering cost management and contract administration services across a diverse portfolio of projects, including commercial, residential, education, and public sector schemes.
This position offers the opportunity to work with prestigious clients, mentor junior staff, and progress towards Associate/Director level within the practice.

4. 5. Roles/Responsibilities
6. -Lead the delivery of pre- and post-contract cost management services.
7. -Prepare feasibility studies, cost estimates, cost planning, and value engineering.
8. -Manage procurement, tendering, and contract administration (JCT/NEC).
9. -Undertake risk management, financial reporting, and final accounts.
10. -Provide strategic cost advice to clients and stakeholders.
11. -Mentor and support junior surveyors and APC candidates.
12. -Develop and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business growth.
About you
13. -MRICS qualification is essential (Chartered Quantity Surveyor).
14. -Minimum 5 years’ post-qualification experience in a consultancy environment.
15. -Strong knowledge of construction contracts, particularly JCT and NEC.
16. -Proven track record of managing projects from inception to completion.
17. -Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills.
18. -Ability to lead teams and manage workloads effectively.
19. -Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline.
