In this role, you'll evaluate internal and external software requirements, shape best-in-class solutions, and ensure all stakeholders are engaged throughout the process. What you'll do: Work with customers and internal teams to capture and define business requirements. Travel to client sites to understand use cases and deliver effective solutions. Create requirement specifications, project charters, and prototypes. Collaborate with engineers, stakeholders, and subject matter experts throughout the project lifecycle. Support testing, training, and change management to ensure successful delivery. What we're looking for: 2-3 years' experience in Business Analysis, Systems Analysis, or Operations Analysis. Strong understanding of business systems and process design. Experience with DevOps, Microsoft Visio, and Agile/Waterfall methodologies. Background in logistics, transport, or supply chain (highly desirable). Excellent communication skills with confidence to engage stakeholders at all levels. Relevant business analysis certifications
