What You’ll Do
You’ll have the opportunity to work on a diverse range of projects within the commercial property sector, including :
* Contract administration
* Technical due diligence
* Dilapidations
* Building pathology
* General building surveying tasks
What We’re Looking For
* MRICS qualification with a degree in Building Surveying
* Strong experience in a commercial property environment
* Excellent report-writing and communication skills
* A keen interest in business development and building client relationships
* Commercially astute with a thorough understanding of building contracts
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
