What you’ll do: Ensure the customer receives the warmest possible welcome Oversee day-to-day operation Set clear team goals Monitor team performance and report training needs Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts Assist with team-building activities What we’re looking for: Experience as a team leader or supervisor is essential Good technical skills Excellent communication and leadership skills Organisational and time-management skills Decision-making skills Able to anticipate needs Can work well under pressure, it’s a tourist town and will get busy in the summer months.
