Customer Service Administrator

Our client, a well-established utilities business based in Redhill, is looking to recruit a Customer Service Administrator to join their friendly and close-knit team. This is a fantastic opportunity for either a graduate looking to kick-start their career or an experienced/customer service professional seeking a varied & rewarding office-based role.
Key Responsibilities:
Acting as the first point of contact for customers via telephone & email
Managing incoming enquiries & directing them to the appropriate department
Supporting the onboarding of new customers & setting up new subscriptions/accounts
Processing customer payments over the phone
Assisting customers with account setup, pre-payment arrangements & general account queries
Maintaining accurate customer records & updating internal systems
Providing general administrative support across the business
About you:
Excellent communication skills, both written & verbal
Confident & professional telephone manner
Strong IT skills, including MS & database systems
Full UK driving licence & access to a vehicle is essential
The Package:
Salary of £28,000pa
Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
25 days holiday + BH
