Interim HR Business Partner (12 month FTC)
I'm currently recruiting for an interim HR Business Partner. This is a 12‑month FTC, so candidates will need to be able to start in May.

Description
This is a high‑impact role where you'll influence organisational design, workforce planning and leadership capability – ensuring the business is set up for success both now and in the future.
Responsibilities
* Partnering with senior leaders to deliver strategic people plans aligned to business goals
* Shaping organisational design, workforce, and succession planning
* Coaching leaders to build high‑performing, inclusive teams
* Supporting change and transformation initiatives
* Using people data and insight to drive decision‑making and improve outcomes
* Providing expert guidance on employee relations and employment legislation
* Collaborating with HR Centres of Excellence on talent, resourcing and development initiatives
Qualifications
* Proven experience operating as an HR Business Partner in a complex or commercial environment
* Strong capability in organisational design, workforce planning and succession planning
* Experience supporting change and transformation
* Solid knowledge of UK employment law
* Data‑driven, with the ability to translate insight into action
* Confident influencing and partnering with senior stakeholders
Compensation and Benefits
Location: Hybrid – 3 days in Bristol office, with occasional travel to other offices. Contract: Full time – 12 months, interviews asap, May start. Salary: £70k – £80k, dependent on experience + Great benefits.
