Description
* Lead and oversee financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
* Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal controls.
* Prepare and deliver accurate financial reports to senior management.
* Monitor and analyse financial performance to identify opportunities for improvement.
* Support decision-making by providing financial insights and recommendations.
* Manage relationships with external auditors and regulatory bodies.
* Collaborate with other departments to align financial goals with operational objectives.

Profile
A successful Finance Manager should have:
* Own all accounting and financial reporting for the plc holding company
* Produce monthly management accounts, balance sheet reconciliations, and stakeholder reporting
* Lead the preparation of company-only financial statements for the consolidated annual report
* Coordinate annual budgeting and variance analysis
* Partner with Shared Services and Tax teams for journal reviews, intercompany balances, and tax reporting inputs
* Support internal and external audit processes
* Drive process improvement, control enhancements, and team capability building Ensure robust financial compliance aligned with IFRS and group policies Qualifications
