Responsibilities
 * Property management across residential and commercial portfolios.
 * Construction oversight, including refurbishments, dental practice fit‑outs, and office‑to‑residential conversions.
 * Site coordination, contractor management, and snagging.
 * Stakeholder engagement with residential letting managers, suppliers, trades, and independent planning/time management.
 * Microsoft Office proficiency and willingness to use property‑management systems (training provided).
 * Valid UK driving licence and flexibility to travel between sites.
Working Conditions
 * Part‑time: 16–24 hours per week, flexible scheduling.
 * Site‑based role with autonomy and direct engagement.
 * Flat structure: work directly with operational leads and decision‑makers.
 * Mileage and business expenses covered.
