At Stretched, we're redefining wellness through assisted stretching. A modern, science-backed recovery experience designed to enhance flexibility, movement, and overall well-being. Based in the heart of Manchester City Centre, our studio offers a fresh and welcoming environment where clients can relax, recover, and feel their best. This will be our 3rd Studio to open in the UK along with Glasgow and Edinburgh.
The Role
We're on the lookout for a warm, organised, and motivated Studio Manager to become the friendly face of Stretched and ensure the smooth daily operation of the studio. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves delivering exceptional customer service and thrives in a fast-paced, wellness-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Oversee the day-to-day running of the studio
* Maintain high standards of cleanliness and presentation
* Manage the reception area and act as first point of contact for clients
* Coordinate rotas and provide holiday/sickness cover for the front of house and therapy teams
* Liaise with clients and ensure a seamless, premium service experience
* Organise therapist schedules to ensure optimal diary efficiency
* Promote memberships, packages, and upsell additional services
* Manage stock levels and place replenishment orders
* Attend and contribute to monthly management meetings
What We're Looking For
* Previous experience as a studio manager, front-of-house lead, or similar customer-facing role
* Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
* Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbal
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Ability to multitask, prioritise and stay calm under pressure
* A professional and polished appearance
* A positive, solutions-focused mindset and a genuine passion for wellness
A qualification in office administration is a bonus, but not essential.
Shift Pattern
* Monday to Friday (10am to 4pm with 1 longer day, 10am to 7pm)
* 33-Hours per week
* Additional hours available to provide holiday/sickness cover
* Weekday shifts but flexible to cover at the weekend when needed for Holidys or sickness
Commission and bonus structure also offered.
