Your expertise will be pivotal in developing people strategies that align with our organisational goals and deliver optimal outcomes. Key Responsibilities: Build effective working relationships with senior leaders, influencing and guiding them in developing and executing their people plans in accordance with the broader people strategy. Act as a trusted advisor, providing coaching and support to the leadership team. Lead and mentor Senior HR Advisors, fostering their professional growth. Drive annual HR programmes and change initiatives within your designated areas. Identify gaps in HR policies, facilitating improvements in collaboration with relevant teams.
