Role Summary
The CAMO Maintenance Planner is responsible for planning all maintenance activities, including issuing work packages and Scope of Work, and coordinating with Maintenance and Supply Chain teams to ensure availability of manpower and spare parts prior to maintenance execution.
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure compliance with Part CAMO or local equivalents, CAME, Work Instructions, and all relevant Safety & Quality standards.
* Develop, refine, and produce accurate scheduled maintenance work scopes for base maintenance.
* Manage manpower and spare parts requirements for scheduled and unscheduled maintenance.
* Create Maintenance Work Packs for scheduled inputs using AMOS.
* Manage the deferred defect database and produce weekly KPI reports for the fleet.
* Coordinate with Regional Material Co-Ordinators to ensure timely procurement of parts.
* Analyze reports from AMOS regularly to monitor maintenance activities.
* Develop and monitor 4-week, 12-week, and yearly maintenance plans for all local fleets.
* Monitor aircraft utilization and support component planning processes.
* Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications, Skills & Attributes
* Experience in maintenance planning within aviation or a similar technical industry.
* Understanding of technical documentation.
* Experience liaising with multiple departments to ensure smooth collaboration.
* Familiarity with ERP systems and MS Office software.
* Ability to complete tasks on time, adhering to policies and procedures.
* Focus on accuracy, execution, and achieving immediate goals.
