1. Design and develop structured development programmes and apprenticeships
2. Prepare, coordinate and schedule structured development programmes, apprenticeships and associated training activities.
3. Review and monitor learner progress, performance, attendance and timekeeping against agreed development objectives and programme requirements, providing day-to-day guidance, coaching and support,
4. Manage structured development programmes, apprenticeships and associated training activities.
5. Collaborate with Supervisors / line Managers to support learner development and identify training needs, providing feedback and rmendations based on programme delivery and learner progress.
This is just a summed-up list, and other duties will be required.Experience & Skills needed:
6. Previous experience and qualifications within Mechanical engineering or a relevant engineering discipline
7. Experience of designing, developing, coordinating, delivering and assessing structured development programmes and / or apprenticeships
8. Experience of coaching, mentoring and supporting learners, apprentices or employees
9. Experience working with shop floor & manufacturing teams.
10. Ability to read and explain technical engineering drawings
11. Strong organisation and administrative skills.
