Davies Group, Loss Adjusting division, is seeking a Loss Adjuster Technician to join our expanding team. This role involves managing claims led by Adjusters, supporting them, and actively handling claims over £25k.

You should be an excellent communicator, committed to delivering professional and proactive service to clients, suppliers, and customers. The role requires liaising with internal and external parties, managing emails, calls, and suppliers, and demonstrating the ability to handle claim processes and a dedicated caseload, especially in the absence of the Adjuster.


Key Responsibilities:

* Support the Adjuster in proactive claims management.
* Manage a caseload independently within authority levels.
* Handle inbound calls and support customers, suppliers, and clients.
* Review and issue reports to clients.
* Resolve queries, questions, or complaints, working towards optimal customer outcomes.
* Appoint suppliers and monitor progress autonomously.
* Make outbound calls to customers, suppliers, and clients.
* Support the Adjuster in technical decision-making within your competency.


Knowledge and Skills:

* At least 2 years of experience in property claims management.
* Experience in reviewing scopes of work, identifying errors, and missing items.
* Ability to contribute to claim reserving and reserve adjustments.
* Ability to deliver results in a fast-paced environment.
* Effective communication skills.
